An interactive audio visual experience.

2051 was a collaborative project togehter with Calle Röjens and Karin Palmgren exploring climate change’s effects linked to water rise.

The graphics is inspired of satellite images and the movement of ocean. When making the film we mixed moving graphics with the sound of ice shelfs vibrating. We wanted the viewer to feel something physical connected to the ocean rise. So, for the exhibition we created an interactive control by putting wires into freezing water which would turn the water into a on/off button when a person put their hand into the water. Wheter the film was to be played and for how long, was up to the viewer’s endurance.

The project was shown at the Fotografiska studio live.
